In 2004 by Frank Smits & Ellen Gribnau formed the Dutch company Sunny Sailing, a decision they made after many sailing holidays around the Greek Ionian Islands. They have used this experience to offer Bareboat Yacht Charter and Flotilla Sailing Holidays to a standard that will satisfy the highest expectations. They started with a fleet of six new Bavaria yachts to which more new Bavaria yachts have been regularly added, all to the same high specifications. In 2006 Paul and Julie Vallance of Yachtsun Charters MCPY, with their yachts, joined Frank & Ellen to form Sunny Sailing UK and so extending the opportunity for English speaking visitors to book a Sunny Sailing Holiday from the UK.. Now from the base at Lefkas Marina Sunny Sailing operate a fleet of more than 25 high specification Bavaria yachts of which all of us who are associated with Sunny Sailing are justifiably proud! In 2010 Sunny Sailing set up their Gocek, Turkey base to offer the same quality holidays in Turkish water.
